Philadelphia "We The Future 2000" Convention To Feature John Hagelin On April 16: Everyone Invited

On the weekend of April 14-16, over 1,000 young Americans (ages 18-35) will gather at the "We the Future 2000" convention in Philadelphia to explore national political and social issues and to create a Generational Action Plan.

John Hagelin and other third party presidential candidates will address the Convention on Sunday afternoon, April 16. The Convention will also offer many valuable workshops on political and social issues moderated by experts in various fields (for more information, see the schedule below or visit http://www.wethefuture.org).

We urge all third party candidates and all supporters of John Hagelin to attend this important event--for the whole weekend, if possible. In addition to the knowledge it will provide, the Convention will give you an opportunity to share your ideas with top experts and with socially responsible leaders in the student community from across the nation. The Hagelin 2000 campaign will have a booth at the Convention that will be manned throughout the weekend.

Convention organizers have generously offered a Sunday-only option for anyone who cannot attend the entire Convention. However, YOU MUST APPLY BY FRIDAY, APRIL 7, to take advantage of this option. The Sunday fee will be $50, instead of the usual $200 for the whole weekend. This $50 fee will also cover all Sunday morning workshops.

On-line applications and more information can be found at http://www.wethefuture.org. If you have questions, please call 888-FIRST96. When you apply, be sure to say you are with the Hagelin 2000 campaign.

If you are unable to attend the Convention, you'll have another chance to see John Hagelin in Philadelphia when he joins Neale Donald Walsch for an evening forum entitled "Spirituality and Politics: An Uncommon Dialogue" on May 2 at 7:30 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel. Visit http://www.spiritualityandpolitics.org for more details and to register and/or purchase tickets online.

We look forward to seeing you at both events!
